Rise and Shine

Life has a way of testing us. It shows us tribulations and unexpected twists that make us question everything, leaving the deepest and most painful scars.

“We are all just a car crash, a diagnosis, an unexpected phone call, a newfound love, or a broken heart away from becoming a completely different person. How beautifully fragile are we that so many things can take but a moment to alter who we are forever?” -Samuel Decker Thompson

Sometimes, its weight feels unbearable. You need someone to reassure you that you’ll be okay, that everything will work out, and that what’s meant for you will come to pass. So here I am, telling you just that. Life is preparing you for something greater. But sometimes, you may just need a moment to pull yourself together — because the shit life throws is heavy.

“Time doesn’t heal all wounds. What you do with your time does. Just keep waking up every day and take one step forward. And one of these days, you’ll wake up and realize that you’re not only feeling a little better — you are better.” -Mel Robbins, The Let Them Theory

Everything happens for a reason. It’s not just something to accept — it’s something to truly understand. And it’s definitely not something you need to understand on your own. Therapy is a big part of helping you process your story so you can write a happier ending. The things that nearly broke you are also the things that built you. Every challenge, tear, deep breath is shaping you into who you are meant to be. Switching your mindset from ‘Why is this happening to me?’ to ‘What is life trying to teach me?’ is a narrative that will help.

The last chapter of your life was meant to break you, to tear you down and test you. But it was never meant to be the end of your story. Now, it’s time to write the next chapters — the most meaningful chapters of your life — and share your story. And when you rise, it will be with a light so new that even your past self won’t recognize its shine.

“The one who falls and gets up is so much stronger than the one who never fell.” -Roy T. Bennett

You adapted to survive. Now, it’s time to step into your true self and make a real impact. Have you ever wondered why you’re facing particular challenges? If your journey has been tough, it might be because your life’s purpose is more than you ever imagined. What if everything you’re experiencing right now is actually preparing you for what you’ve been manifesting: healthier relationships, a life with more purpose, and your true calling? Keep pushing forward! The struggles are shaping you, teaching you resilience and skills you’ll need when you finally step into what’s meant for you. So, the next time life throws a curveball, try to remind yourself: It’s not happening TO ME It’s Happening FOR ME -Fearless Soul

“Opportunity often comes disguised as misfortune or temporary defeat.” -Napoleon Hill

Pain changes us. It rewrites the way we see the world and ourselves. The darkest moments are forever a part of our story, written in ink, never erased. But it’s up to each of us to write the ending. To get out of bed each morning, knowing we have a bigger purpose.

“Grief is a nasty game of feeling the weakest you have ever felt and morphing it into the strongest person you will have to become.” -Bridgett Mattl

Sometimes, life has to shake you up completely. Rearrange everything you thought you knew. Force you into places you never expected to be. It’s uncomfortable. It’s terrifying. When you clear away life’s clutter, you’ll see that even in the darkest moments, there is light to guide you to where you belong.

“All great changes are preceded by chaos.” -Deepak Chopra

Not everyone will celebrate your new light.

“Sometimes the light you show, only reminds people of a darkness they aren’t proud of. And it’s much easier to reject you, rather than look in the mirror.” -Kirsten Corley

The people who try to bring you down on your journey are often battling their own insecurities. Their negativity is a reflection of them, not you. Shine away.

“Every chance you get, shine — they hate that.” -Unknown

You don’t lose real friends. You lose undercover haters. Real friends can never be lost. Rise above the negativity. Those who doubt you, leave you, or try to dim your light reveal more about themselves than about you.

Some of the hardest moments in your life will turn out to be the biggest blessings. “What didn’t work out for you really worked out for you.” Read that again.

“The truth is, you are not the darkness you endured. You are the light that refused to surrender.” -John Mark Green

The pain won’t always feel this sharp. The scars won’t always sting so much. Soon, you’ll feel the shift — from numbness to joy. From confusion to clarity. From darkness to light. And when you rise from it all, you won’t just survive — you will shine.
