- 3 Ripe Bananas (about 3/4 cup mashed)
- 1/2 cup Almond or Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Real Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Dranberries, Dark Chocolate Chips, or Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
